TikTok have now released their own search widget for iOS and Android devices this week:
It allows you to place a widget on the home screen and ‘search on TikTok’ directly.
It’s another step from TikTok to try and go after Google’s market share on share.
Even Google have stated that 40% of Gen Z now prefer to search on TikTok instead of Google and this will continue to accelerate that.
It’s very easy to download, simple go onto your iOS home screen, press on this and select the TikTok search widget!
