Why people join nonsensical

What you would get here that you would not get at most social agencies.

Our own shows

We make our own shows

Alongside client accounts we produce our own shows and run our own communities. You can pitch a format, make it and watch an audience build around it.

The audience

Your work gets watched

Our content has passed a billion organic views. What you make goes out to real audiences the same week, and you can read every comment on it.

Remote first

Remote first company

We are remote first across the UK, with free access to a Spaces office wherever you are.

What you take away

You learn skills other agencies cannot teach

Live shopping, TikTok Shop, affiliates, social search and presenting. Most agencies do not do this work in-house, so few people get to learn it properly.

Live roles

See our current jobs

All of our open roles are listed on our jobs board. You can read the full description, see the salary and apply there.

If nothing fits right now, send us a speculative application. Tell us what you do and the kind of work you want to be doing.

Coming up with ideas, concepts and formats for clients and communities across all social.

Channel plans, audience research, social search and what a brand should be making.

Filming, editing and running shoots, in our studio, on location and with creators.

Client services

Running accounts day to day and keeping work moving between teams.

Our values

What we look for in the team

01

Creative

We experiment with nonsense. Not every idea will work, but we would rather try ten wild things and find one that is brilliant than play it safe every time.

02

Curious

We ask questions, big and small. Why does this trend work? Who is watching it? What would happen if we tried it for a B2B brand? Curiosity is the job.

03

Passionate

We are obsessed with social. Not as a box on a media plan, but as the place where culture moves and businesses get built. That obsession is what makes the work good.

What we offer the team

Remote first working

Our studio is in the Midlands and our people are all over the UK. Everyone gets free access to a Spaces office near them.

Flexible hours

We care about output, not hours. Around the times we need to be together, you work in the way that suits you.

Creative and wellbeing half days

Four half days a year, with funding to go and do something that makes you feel creative.

Learning and development

Training budget for courses and subscriptions, a personal development plan and regular reviews with your team lead.

Creative autonomy

Your ideas get made. We trust the team to lead the creative, and good ideas can be filmed the same week.

Socials and team days

Regular socials and time together as a team, in person and online.

Interviewing with us

What our interview process looks like

We keep it short and we tell you where you stand at every stage. You will meet the people you would actually work with, not just a panel.

Links to work you have made, including things you have posted yourself, are more useful to us than a long cover letter.

See our live jobs
Stage one

An intro call

A conversation about you, the role and what you want to be making.

Stage two

A task or portfolio chat

Something practical in your discipline, or a walk through work you have already made.

Stage three

Meet the team

A final chat with the team you would be joining, then a decision either way.
